Japan Art & Culture Association (former Japan Art Festival Association) was established by Ministry of Commerce in June 1965. It main activities are to introduce Japan artworks and culture to the world.
From October 1978, with the purpose of promoting Japan culture and expanding cultural exchange activities with other countries, the association has restructured under the permission of 3 Ministries (Commerce & Industry, Foreign Affairs and Culture) with an official name of Japan Art & Culture Association - JACA
